Job Description
Support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations across the hotel’s restaurants, bars and other F&B outlets. Supervise service teams, maintain service standards and handle guest requests or concerns while supporting revenue and cost control. Coordinate closely with Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth F&B operations and strong guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant F&B Manager, Outlet Manager or similar supervisory role in a hotel or resort is required. Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, team leadership and cost control is essential. Good English communication, organisational and guest-handling skills are required.
