Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Executive Housekeeping Manager to support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing all housekeeping operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel. The role includes supervising housekeeping teams, coordinating room and public area inspections, managing inventories and supplies, assisting with staff development, and ensuring smooth daily departmental operations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous housekeeping management or supervisory experience within a hotel or resort environment. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are essential. Experience in room inspections, quality assurance, inventory control, team management, and housekeeping operations is required. The ability to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards, develop team members, and perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment is essential.
