Job Description

ช่วยหัวหน้าช่าง (Chief Engineer) วางแผนและควบคุมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ของระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา เครื่องปรับอากาศ และอุปกรณ์ส่วนกลางทั้งหมด

บริหารจัดการทีมช่างเทคนิค มอบหมายงาน และตรวจสอบคุณภาพการซ่อมบำรุงให้เสร็จตามกำหนด

วิเคราะห์และหาแนวทางในการประหยัดพลังงานภายในโรงแรม (Energy Saving)

ปฏิบัติหน้าที่แทน Chief Engineer ในกรณีที่ไม่อยู่ และประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อให้งานซ่อมแซมไม่กระทบต่อประสบการณ์ของแขก
Requirements
-
วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ในงานวิศวกรรมโรงแรม

มีความเข้าใจระบบงานวิศวกรรมโรงแรมอย่างถ่องแท้ (HVAC, M&E, Water Treatment)

มีความเป็นผู้นำ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้

ทัศนคติดี พร้อมทำงานเป็นทีม และมีความยืดหยุ่นเรื่องเวลาการทำงาน
