Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the hotel's sales and marketing strategy while driving revenue growth, market share, and brand positioning. The role includes overseeing all sales and marketing activities, developing business strategies, managing key corporate and travel industry accounts, leading the sales and marketing team, monitoring market trends, managing budgets, strengthening brand awareness, and working closely with Revenue Management and hotel operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in a senior Sales & Marketing leadership role within a hotel or resort. Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and business development skills are essential. Proven experience in revenue generation, sales management, digital marketing, budgeting, and team leadership is required. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills are essential. Good English communication skills are required, and additional language skills are an advantage.
