Job Description
Pullman Khao Lak Resort is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and public areas. The role includes overseeing room assignments, inspections, scheduling, SOP implementation, inventory control, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with safety and sanitation standards while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of housekeeping experience within luxury hotels, with strong leadership and operational management skills. A solid understanding of housekeeping operations, budgeting, quality standards, and team management is essential. Candidates should be detail-oriented, service-focused, and capable of working collaboratively across departments to maintain brand standards and operational excellence.
