Job Description

Santiburi Koh Samui is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead the daily operations of its luxury spa facility and deliver an exceptional wellness experience for guests. The Spa Manager will oversee all aspects of spa operations including team management, guest service, financial performance, inventory control, marketing initiatives, and operational standards.

The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism expected within a world-class luxury resort environment. Responsibilities include training and scheduling spa team members, monitoring guest satisfaction, handling guest feedback professionally, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

The role will also focus on driving spa revenue through promotions, events, and guest engagement strategies while maintaining strong operational controls and service quality. Building long-term guest relationships and encouraging repeat business will form a key part of this position.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess previous experience in spa management or luxury wellness operations with a strong understanding of customer service and spa operations. A background in massage therapy, skincare, or wellness services is preferred.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve high performance standards. Strong financial awareness, operational planning ability, and guest service excellence are essential.

Fluent English communication skills are required. The successful candidate should be service-oriented, highly organised, professional in appearance, and capable of maintaining exceptional guest experiences within a luxury hospitality environment.
