Job Description
Lead the hotel or resort’s wellness operations, developing programmes and experiences that support guest wellbeing, relaxation and healthy lifestyles. Manage wellness activities, therapists and instructors while coordinating spa treatments, fitness, yoga and other holistic experiences. Work closely with Spa, F&B and hotel management to develop wellness packages, drive revenue and enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Wellness Manager, Spa Manager or similar leadership role within a hotel, resort or wellness retreat is preferred. Strong knowledge of wellness programmes, spa operations, holistic therapies and guest experience is required. Good English communication, leadership and commercial skills are essential, with relevant wellness or hospitality qualifications an advantage.
