Assists the Restaurant manager in directing and ensuring the smooth operation of the assigned Restaurant in accordance with the policies, band standards and guidelines established.
The Senior Restaurant Supervisor is a highly visible position and as such the Manager is responsible to interaction with guests and promote through good human relations a professional image especially when dealing with special requests and complaints.
