Job Description
Support the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa and wellness operations, ensuring consistently high standards of guest service, treatment quality and operational efficiency. Supervise spa therapists, reception operations, treatment bookings, staff scheduling, inventory and retail sales while maintaining a relaxing and professional spa environment. Assist with revenue generation, upselling, cost control, staff training and guest satisfaction initiatives. Ensure all treatments and facilities comply with established hygiene, safety and luxury hospitality service standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Spa Manager, Spa Supervisor or Senior Spa Therapist within a hotel, resort or professional spa is preferred. Strong knowledge of spa operations, wellness treatments, guest relations, retail sales, inventory management and staff supervision is essential. Good written and spoken English, leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills are required, together with commercial awareness, a professional appearance and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional spa experiences.
