Job Description
As a Reservations Agent at Ludus Hotel & Spa, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests from the moment they express interest in staying with us. Your primary responsibility will be to manage reservations efficiently, ensuring that each guest's preferences and needs are met. You will work closely with the Front Office team to coordinate bookings, process inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations that enhance the overall guest experience. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will be key in making every guest feel valued and at home in our beautiful hotel.
In your daily activities, you will engage with guests through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat, providing timely and accurate information about our services and facilities. Collaboration with colleagues in other departments, such as housekeeping and food & beverage, will be essential to ensure seamless service delivery. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will contribute to a positive working environment, fostering teamwork and enhancing our guests' satisfaction during their stay at Ludus Hotel & Spa.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a reservations or front office role in a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and software, such as Opera Cloud.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of hotel operations and pricing strategies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in hospitality management are an advantage.
