Job Description
Welcome guests to Penthouse Bar & Grill and create a warm, polished first impression throughout their dining experience. Manage reservations and table allocations, escort guests to their tables, provide information about the outlet and coordinate closely with the service team to ensure smooth seating and guest flow. Assist with special requests and guest feedback while maintaining luxury service standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as an F&B Host, Restaurant Host/Hostess or in a similar guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant is preferred. Good English communication and interpersonal skills are required, with additional languages an advantage. Must be well-groomed, confident, organised and service-minded, with the ability to engage naturally with international guests.
