Job Description
Supervise daily spa operations to ensure professional treatments, smooth scheduling and consistently high standards of guest service. Lead and support the Spa team, monitor treatment rooms, hygiene and presentation standards, and assist with guest enquiries and service recovery. Support treatment and product sales while ensuring each guest receives a relaxing and personalised spa experience.
Requirements
Previous spa industry experience and relevant experience in a supervisory role are required. Candidates should have a positive attitude, good communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Excellent grooming standards, flexibility and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential.
