Job Description
Lead beverage operations at ensuring exceptional drink quality, presentation and service across the resort’s bars, restaurants and events. Develop creative beverage programmes and cocktail concepts, manage wine and beverage selections, and oversee inventory, purchasing, cost control and revenue performance. Train and develop the beverage team while driving upselling and delivering distinctive luxury guest experiences.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Beverage Manager, Bar Manager or similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort is required. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beverage trends, inventory management and cost control is essential. Excellent leadership, guest service and English communication skills are required, together with creativity, commercial awareness and strong attention to detail.
