Job Description
Lead the hotel’s Engineering department and oversee all maintenance, repair and technical operations across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities. Manage preventive maintenance programmes, utilities, equipment and building systems while coordinating projects and emergency repairs. Lead the Engineering team to ensure hotel facilities operate safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to guests.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer or senior Engineering Manager within a hotel or resort is required. Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, building systems and preventive maintenance is essential. Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills are required, together with good knowledge of safety regulations and engineering compliance.
