Job Description
Support the Director of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies with a strong focus on Mandarin-speaking and Chinese market segments. Manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities and build relationships with travel trade, corporate, leisure and group partners while achieving hotel revenue targets. Conduct sales calls, client meetings and business development activities while coordinating closely with Revenue, Marketing and Reservations teams.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Director of Sales, Senior Sales Manager or similar hotel sales leadership role is required. Strong knowledge of hotel sales, account management, contracting and business development is essential, with experience handling the China or Mandarin-speaking market highly preferred. Fluent Mandarin and good English communication skills are required, together with strong negotiation, leadership and commercial skills.
