Job Description
Coconut Beach Resort & Spa Koh Chang is offering internship opportunities starting from October 2026 for students looking to gain practical experience in a professional resort environment. Positions are available in Front Office (2 trainees) and Engineering (2 trainees), with hands-on training and experience alongside the resort’s operational teams. Interns will receive a THB 6,000 monthly allowance, 3 free meals per day, staff accommodation with free Wi-Fi, water and electricity, uniforms, 1 day off per week, overtime/holiday pay where applicable and special benefits at COCO Coffee & Bar.
Requirements
Front Office internships are open to Bachelor’s degree students studying Hospitality, Tourism, English or related fields. Engineering internships are open to Vocational Certificate/Higher Vocational Certificate students studying Electrical or Power Electrical disciplines. Candidates should be responsible, willing to learn and able to work effectively as part of a resort team.
