Job Description
Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages according to hotel recipes and service standards. Provide friendly and attentive bar service, recommend drinks and maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar. Support opening and closing duties, stock control and responsible beverage service.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, resort, restaurant or quality bar is preferred. Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage preparation is required, together with good English communication skills. Must be service-minded, well-groomed and able to work efficiently in a busy bar environment.
