Job Description
Lead the overall operations of a UHG Hotels Group property in Bangkok, ensuring strong guest satisfaction, efficient hotel operations and consistent service standards. Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and administrative teams while managing staffing, room operations, maintenance and guest concerns. Lead department teams, allocate resources effectively and ensure the hotel achieves its operational and business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of hotel management experience, together with strong knowledge of hotel operations, relevant regulations and management best practices. Fluent English, strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required, with MS Office and hotel PMS experience preferred. Candidates must be organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure, with the advertised age requirement not exceeding 50 years.
