Job Description
ควบคุมและดูแลการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันของแผนกแม่บ้าน เพื่อให้ห้องพักและพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายสะอาดและได้มาตรฐานของโรงแรม ตรวจสอบห้องพักหลังทำความสะอาด ประสานงานสถานะห้องพัก และติดตามปัญหาด้านการซ่อมบำรุงหรือคำขอของแขก ดูแลและสนับสนุนทีม Room Attendant ให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและตรงเวลา
Requirements
มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Housekeeping Supervisor หรือมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานแม่บ้านในโรงแรมหรือรีสอร์ตจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานการทำความสะอาด การตรวจห้องพัก และขั้นตอนการทำงานของแผนกแม่บ้าน มีภาวะผู้นำ มีความรับผิดชอบ ใส่ใจในรายละเอียด และสามารถบริหารจัดการทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
