Job Description
Lead all Food & Beverage operations at Amari Don Muang Airport Bangkok, ensuring consistently high service standards, guest satisfaction and profitable performance across restaurants, bars, banquets and catering. Manage F&B teams, budgeting, revenue generation and cost control while ensuring efficient daily operations. Drive team performance and service improvements while achieving departmental financial and operational targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field with at least 5 years of F&B management experience in an international hotel environment. Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet and catering operations is required, together with proven budgeting, cost control, revenue management and people leadership skills. Strong Thai and English communication skills are essential, with Thai nationality required for this position.
