Job Description
Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and assigned areas meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards. Inspect completed rooms, coordinate room status and maintenance issues, and ensure amenities and supplies are properly maintained. Lead and support Room Attendants while ensuring rooms are completed efficiently and ready for guests.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort, with previous supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of room inspections, cleaning procedures, housekeeping standards and team supervision is required. Good leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail are essential.
