Job Description
Lead beverage operations across the hotel’s bars, restaurants and events to ensure consistent quality, service and profitability. Develop beverage menus, promotions and signature concepts while managing stock, inventory, beverage costs and supplier relationships. Train and develop the bar team while driving beverage sales, upselling and overall guest experience.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Beverage Manager, Bar Manager or senior beverage leader in a hotel, resort or quality F&B operation is required. Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, beverage costing, inventory control and bar operations is essential. Good English communication, leadership and commercial skills are required, with mixology or wine qualifications an advantage.
