Job Description
Welcome spa guests, manage treatment reservations and provide information about spa services, packages and facilities. Coordinate appointments with Spa Therapists, handle guest enquiries and process payments accurately. Promote suitable treatments and products while ensuring a professional and relaxing guest experience.
Requirements
Previous experience in Spa Reception, hotel reception or another guest-facing hospitality role is preferred. Good English communication, computer, booking and organisational skills are required, together with basic knowledge of spa treatments. Must be well-groomed, service-minded and confident communicating with Thai and international guests.
