Job Description
Lead the hotel’s Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, bars and other F&B outlets to ensure excellent guest experiences and strong financial performance. Manage service teams, outlet standards, promotions, revenue generation and cost control while coordinating closely with the Executive Chef and other departments. Drive team development, guest satisfaction and operational improvements to achieve the hotel’s F&B objectives.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a hotel or resort is required. Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, budgeting, F&B cost control, revenue generation and team leadership is essential. Good English communication, commercial awareness and strong guest service skills are required.
