Job Description
Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing daily hotel engineering, maintenance and preventive maintenance operations. Supervise the engineering team and ensure guest rooms, public areas, plant equipment and building systems are maintained safely and efficiently. Coordinate repairs, contractors, utilities and maintenance schedules while minimising equipment downtime and disruption to guests.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Chief Engineer, Engineering Supervisor or senior Maintenance Engineer in a hotel or resort is required. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, building systems and preventive maintenance is essential. Good leadership, technical problem-solving and team management skills are required, with relevant engineering qualifications preferred.
