Job Description
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of hotel public areas, including the lobby, corridors, restrooms, restaurants and guest facilities. Complete scheduled cleaning duties, replenish supplies and ensure public spaces remain clean and welcoming throughout the day. Report maintenance issues, damaged items or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Public Area Attendant or in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential. Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment and hygiene standards is an advantage. Must be hardworking, reliable and detail-oriented with a strong service-minded attitude.
