Job Description
Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service, smooth service delivery and consistent resort standards. Manage and develop the restaurant team while overseeing reservations, service flow, guest relations, revenue performance and cost control. Work closely with the Kitchen and F&B leadership to enhance the dining experience and achieve operational and financial targets.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a hotel, resort or quality restaurant is required. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, team leadership, guest relations, upselling and cost control is essential. Good English communication, leadership and organisational skills are required, with luxury resort experience preferred.
