Job Description
Lead daily operations of Lakorn, the all-day dining restaurant at Rosewood Bangkok, ensuring exceptional service across breakfast, lunch and dinner. Manage and develop the restaurant team while overseeing service flow, guest relations, revenue performance and cost control. Work closely with Culinary and F&B leadership to maintain luxury service standards and deliver a consistently high-quality dining experience.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a luxury hotel all-day dining restaurant is required. Strong knowledge of breakfast operations, high-volume service, team leadership, guest relations and restaurant cost control is essential. Excellent English communication, professional presentation and experience leading a multicultural F&B team are required.
