Job Description
Provide friendly and professional Front Office service, including guest check-ins, check-outs, enquiries and assistance throughout the stay. Handle guest requests, room information and service issues while coordinating with Housekeeping and other hotel departments. Ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent, Receptionist or in a similar hotel Front Office role is preferred. Good English communication, computer and guest service skills are required, with experience using hotel PMS systems an advantage. Must be service-minded, well-groomed and confident communicating with Thai and international guests.
