Job Description
Support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations and maintaining high standards across guest rooms and public areas. Supervise and develop the housekeeping team while monitoring room inspections, productivity and guest requests. Coordinate closely with Front Office and Engineering to ensure smooth operations and consistent guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience within a hotel or resort is required. Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, room standards and team leadership is essential, with excellent attention to detail. Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are required.
