Job Description
Supervise daily Club Lounge operations and ensure eligible guests receive personalised, attentive service throughout their visit. Lead the lounge team, oversee breakfast, refreshments and evening service, and handle guest requests or concerns promptly. Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B teams to maintain smooth operations and high service standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Club Lounge Supervisor, F&B Supervisor or senior guest service team member in a hotel or resort is preferred. Strong knowledge of lounge service, guest relations and team supervision is required. Good English communication, leadership and organisational skills are essential.
