Job Description
Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Support the Bar Supervisor, guide junior bartenders and ensure smooth service during busy periods. Assist with bar setup, stock control, guest recommendations and maintaining a clean and organised bar.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Senior Bartender or experienced Bartender in a hotel, resort or quality bar is required. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beverage preparation and bar operations is essential. Good English communication, guest service and teamwork skills are required, with the ability to support and train junior team members.
