Job Description
Welcome spa guests, manage treatment reservations and provide information about spa services, packages and facilities. Coordinate appointments with Spa Therapists, handle guest enquiries and assist with payments and daily reception duties. Promote suitable treatments and products while ensuring a professional and relaxing guest experience.
Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel, resort or spa reception role is preferred but not essential. Good command of English, a positive attitude and strong guest service skills are required. Must be well-groomed, organised and able to work effectively as part of a spa team.
