Job Description
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service, excellent guest experiences and consistent hotel standards. Lead and develop the restaurant team while overseeing service quality, staffing, reservations and guest concerns. Work closely with the kitchen and F&B management to achieve revenue targets and control operating costs.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a hotel, resort or quality restaurant is required. Strong leadership, F&B service knowledge, cost awareness and English communication skills are essential. Must be guest-focused, organised and confident managing a busy restaurant operation and multicultural team.
