Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Rooms Division Manager to lead and oversee the hotel’s Front Office and Housekeeping operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. The Rooms Division Manager will manage department leaders, monitor room operations and service standards, oversee guest relations and service recovery, manage departmental budgets and staffing, and coordinate closely with Reservations, Engineering, and other departments to maximize room readiness, guest satisfaction, and hotel performance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager, Executive Housekeeper, or senior Rooms leader within a hotel or resort. Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, hotel PMS systems, room inventory, budgeting, and guest service operations is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, financial, and problem-solving skills are required, along with good English communication skills and the ability to lead multiple operational teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
