Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Night Resort Host Supervisor to oversee guest service and resort operations during the night shift. The role includes supervising the Resort Host and Guest Service team, assisting with guest arrivals and departures, handling enquiries and complaints, supporting VIP guests, coordinating with Front Office, Security, Housekeeping, and Engineering, and responding to operational or emergency situations to ensure a safe, smooth, and exceptional overnight guest experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Resort Host, or Guest Services, preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel or resort. Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with hotel PMS systems, complaint handling, service recovery, and night operations is preferred. Good English communication skills, sound decision-making abilities, and the ability to work independently during night shifts are required.
