Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service throughout each shift. The Duty Manager will supervise Front Office operations, manage VIP arrivals, handle guest enquiries and complaints, coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Food & Beverage, monitor service standards, respond to emergencies, and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth hotel operations and maximum guest satisfaction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Front Office Supervisor within a hotel or resort. Strong leadership, guest relations, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with hotel PMS, Front Office operations, complaint handling, and service recovery is preferred. Good English communication skills, professional grooming, sound decision-making abilities, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment are required.
