Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and service-minded Wellness Attendant to support the daily operation of our hotel’s wellness and recreational facilities. The Wellness Attendant will welcome and assist guests, prepare wellness areas and equipment, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, provide information about wellness activities and facilities, monitor guest safety, and work closely with the Spa, Fitness, and Recreation teams to deliver a relaxing and enjoyable guest experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in wellness, spa, fitness, recreation, or guest service, preferably within a hotel or resort. Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Candidates should be health and wellness focused, attentive to guest needs, and committed to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards. Good English communication skills, professional grooming, and the ability to work flexible shifts are required.
