Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter / Waitress – In Room Dining to deliver exceptional food and beverage service directly to guest rooms. The role includes taking and confirming room service orders, preparing trays and trolleys, delivering and presenting meals and beverages, processing payments, responding to guest requests, collecting used equipment, and coordinating closely with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to ensure accurate, timely, and personalized service.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in In Room Dining, Room Service, or Food & Beverage service within a hotel or resort, although motivated candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Knowledge of menu items, food safety standards, POS systems, and upselling techniques is an advantage. Good English communication skills, professional grooming, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts are required.
