저희 호텔은 고객에게 따뜻하고 전문적인 서비스를 제공할 **한국어 가능 고객 서비스 직원 (Guest Service Agent – Korean Speaking)**을 모집합니다. 주요 업무는 체크인 및 체크아웃, 한국인 고객 응대, 예약 및 결제 처리, 호텔 시설 및 지역 정보 안내, 고객 요청 및 불편 사항 해결, 관련 부서와의 업무 협조 등이며, 투숙 기간 동안 고객에게 만족스러운 호텔 경험을 제공하는 역할을 담당합니
Requirements
호텔, 리조트 또는 서비스 업계에서 Guest Service Agent, Front Office 또는 고객 서비스 관련 경력이 있는 지원자를 우대합니다. 원활한 한국어 의사소통 능력이 필수이며 영어 의사소통 능력도 요구됩니다. 고객 서비스 마인드, 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 능력이 뛰어나야 하며, 호텔 PMS 및 예약 시스템 사용 경험자는 우대합니다. 밝고 전문적인 태도를 갖추고 교대 근무가 가능해야 합니다.
