Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to lead the daily operations of our spa while delivering exceptional wellness experiences and achieving business objectives. The Spa Manager will oversee spa operations, lead and develop the spa team, manage treatment quality, drive retail and treatment sales, monitor budgets and inventory, ensure the highest standards of hygiene and guest service, and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager within a hotel, resort, or luxury spa. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Experience in spa operations, team management, budgeting, retail sales, inventory control, and wellness treatments is required. Knowledge of spa software, hygiene standards, and revenue management is an advantage. Good English communication skills and a passion for wellness and luxury hospitality are essential.
