Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Night Duty Manager to oversee hotel operations during the night shift and ensure exceptional guest service, safety, and operational efficiency. The Night Duty Manager will supervise Front Office and night operations, handle guest enquiries and service recovery, oversee night audit procedures, coordinate with Security and other departments, respond to emergencies, and ensure the hotel operates smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Night Duty Manager, Duty Manager, or Front Office Supervisor within a hotel or resort. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS), night audit procedures, and guest relations is preferred. Good English communication skills, sound decision-making abilities, and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts are essential.
