Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The Restaurant Manager will oversee restaurant operations, lead and develop the service team, maintain the highest standards of food and beverage service, manage staffing, budgets, inventory, and cost control, handle guest feedback, and work closely with the kitchen team to drive revenue, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Experience in restaurant operations, team management, budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and food safety standards is required. Good English communication skills, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced hospitality environment are essential.
