Job Description
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager at 1921 House to lead the daily operations of the restaurant while delivering exceptional dining experiences and achieving business objectives. The role includes overseeing restaurant operations, leading and developing the service team, maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service, managing staffing, budgets, and inventory, handling guest feedback, implementing promotional activities, and working closely with the culinary team to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential. Proven experience in restaurant operations, team management, budgeting, cost control, and guest service is required. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment are essential. Good English communication skills are required, and additional language skills are an advantage.
