Job Description
We are looking for a Reservation Officer to manage room reservations efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to guests and travel partners. The role includes handling reservations via telephone, email, online booking channels, and travel agents, updating reservation records, providing accurate information on room availability, rates, and promotions, coordinating with the Front Office and Sales teams, and ensuring all reservations are processed accurately to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in reservations, Front Office, or a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills are essential. Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS), reservation systems, and online distribution channels is preferred. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and good English communication skills are required. Additional language skills are an advantage.
