Job Description
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Hostess to provide a warm and professional welcome to guests while ensuring a seamless dining experience. The role includes greeting and seating guests, managing restaurant reservations and waiting lists, answering guest enquiries, coordinating table assignments with the service team, maintaining the reception area, and ensuring every guest receives attentive and personalized service from arrival to departure.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Officer, or in a customer service role within a hotel or restaurant. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential. A friendly personality, professional appearance, and the ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment are required. Good English communication skills are essential, and additional language skills are an advantage.
