Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant while delivering exceptional dining experiences and achieving business objectives. The role includes supervising restaurant operations across both kitchen and service teams, leading and motivating employees, identifying sales opportunities, implementing food and beverage promotions, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene, and food quality, and ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant. Fluency in English and French is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to develop and execute food and beverage action plans and promotional activities. Candidates should be creative, flexible, guest-focused, and capable of leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
