Job Description
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. The role includes managing restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations, leading and developing F&B teams, maintaining service standards, controlling budgets and costs, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, developing promotions and menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef, and driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a hotel or resort. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential. Proven experience in restaurant operations, team management, budgeting, cost control, and guest service is required. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is essential. Good English communication skills and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced hospitality environment are required.
