Job Description
We are looking for a Pool Maintenance Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety of all swimming pools, water features, and related systems within the property. The role includes managing preventive maintenance programs, monitoring water quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, supervising the pool maintenance team, coordinating repairs with the Engineering department, maintaining equipment, controlling maintenance budgets, and ensuring all pool facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational for guests.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in pool maintenance, engineering, or facilities management, preferably within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of pool filtration systems, water chemistry, pumps, and health and safety regulations is required. The ability to manage a team, plan preventive maintenance, and respond effectively to operational issues is essential. Good English communication skills are an advantage.
