Job Description
We are looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Security department and ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel property. The role includes supervising security officers, monitoring security procedures, conducting regular patrols, responding to incidents and emergencies, preparing reports, investigating security issues, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a security supervisory role, preferably within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of emergency response procedures, fire and life safety systems, and security operations is required. The ability to work shifts, remain calm under pressure, and lead a team effectively is essential. Good English communication skills are an advantage.
